Danvers 2 - Bishop Fenwick 1
The Falcons visited the Crusaders under the lights in Peabody looking to get back in
the win column. The first half saw the Falcons on the front foot pressing the
Crusaders. It was the Crusaders who would get on the board first utilizing the
counterattack, finding a thru ball that split the Falcons defenders. The Falcons
would continue to be frustrated by the possession minded Crusaders and their
offside trap which would catch the Falcons offsides several times before half. The
Falcons would equalize before halftime off a patented throw in from Bobby
McGonigal which would find the feet of Muhammed Cham who found the back of
the net. The game would go to the half tied 1-1.

The second half was much of the same with the home team playing the ball out of
the back and the Falcons seeing most of the chances on frame. The Falcons would
take the lead late in the half as Bradely Piscitello would find Gianluca Locilento for
his 6thgoal of the season. The Crusaders would turn up the pressure in the final 10
minutes, but Zach Cotter made some massive stops in net preserving the victory for
the now 3-5-3 Falcons.

The Falcons will travel to Saugus in a crucial conference matchup with the Sachems
looking to keep their place in MIAA Division 3 top 32.
