"The girls never gave up in this one. I was thrilled that we were resilient enough to come back from a 2 goal deficit twice. Ali Doucette really set the tempo for us defensively in the first half and then carried the play in the second as well. Offensively, Kaia Glover really got us going in the second half. She played at such a high level tonight and her first goal was beautifully hit with her left. Kaia lit the flame and her team followed her lead with fire. Lila Doucette and DeAnna played at a ferocious pace tonight, neither of them ever stopped going full tilt. Dee's game winner of Lila's serve was amazing.
Danvers improved to 2-0 on the season with the win and will take on Gloucester Monday @ home.

"This was a tournament style atmosphere tonight with a huge crowd and 2 strong teams slugging it out. I'm proud of the girls and the grit they showed in the second half."
